CANADA TO FRANCE

My name is Jonathan Ferguson, I am 17 years old from Halifax Nova Scotia, Canada. I am spending a year in and around Vichy, France, through the generosity of French Rotarians involved in the Rotary International Youth Exchange Program.

 

I graduated from the IB program at Halifax West High School in 2015, so I'll be repeating Grade 12 during my exchange year. After the exchange, I’ll be pursuing a degree in International Relations at Mount Allison University in Sackville New Brunswick, Canada.

 

I'm a fan of all things music and play acoustic and electric guitar. My favourite genres include electronic/EDM, rock and indie pop - some of my favourite groups include Miami Horror, Daft Punk and Arkells.

 

 I am very excited for what I have no doubt will be one of the most challenging, eye-opening and memorable experiences of my life!
